Novo Bronze+
A bronze coating instead of the classic copper one. The quality of the best copper-coated wires, plus clear advantages in MIG/MAG welding: productivity, arc stability and lower environmental impact.

Higher power density
The special coating and tuned alloying elements allow welding at 25–30% higher power density than the parameters required for copper-coated wires.
Stable arc
Less copper on the surface means minimal spatter, even feeding and instant arc ignition. The arc stabilises faster and downtime is reduced.
Cleaner weld
Constant stick-out, no sticking to the contact tip and noticeably fewer silicates on the weld surface, which resists corrosion for longer.
Fewer fumes
In a comparative test (same heat and diameter), copper emission in welding fumes fell from 0.373 mg to 0.095 mg.
